Victoria Yang is an associate in the International Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Shanghai office. She brings over a decade of legal experience across Asia and the United States, with a strong focus on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

Victoria has advised multinational corporations, private equity firms, and technology companies on transactions and legal matters involving China, Hong Kong, and other APEC jurisdictions.
