Biography
David Zhou is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office.
David represents banks and direct lenders in secured and unsecured, syndicated and bilateral senior lending transactions.
David’s practice encompasses both middle-market and investment-grade financings for public, private, and sponsor portfolio companies spanning a broad range of industries, including healthcare, consumer products, technology, insurance and manufacturing.
