Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Patricia Mastropierro has been named in Latinvex’s seventh-annual listing of the Top 100 Female Lawyers in Latin America.
Latinvex’s editorial and research staff selected the leading 100 female lawyers from 61 international law firms that are involved in business in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The criteria for selection included a combination of factors such as recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of firm in Latin America, and rankings. Latinvex’s research was based on data provided to them by the firms, publicly available data from the firms, as well as recognition from third parties such as Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 and M&A data from Refinitiv.

She has significant experience in international aviation matters, having advised airlines in a range of international legal matters, including setting up and maintaining operations abroad, obtaining applicable permits, airport authorizations and slots in foreign jurisdictions. For several years, she has represented one of the biggest U.S. airlines and its regional airlines in more than 35 jurisdictions worldwide. Mastropierro has worked for more than 15 years on their international projects, including in the areas of commercial transactions and regulatory, aviation and litigation matters.
