Honorees were selected based on their impact on what the publication called a “stellar year in M&A activity” throughout the DFW region. They will be profiled in a special ‘North Texas Dealmakers’ edition of Dallas Business Journal, which is being produced in partnership with The Texas Lawbook.
At the firm, Rice is a member of the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group. He has extensive experience representing companies, financial institutions, boards of directors, and individuals in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities transactions, bank loan and other debt financing transactions, and private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
Tippetts is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in both the Dallas and Denver offices. He represents companies and private equity firms on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital/private equity investments, distressed M&A transactions, reorganizations, and other strategic transactions in a broad range of industries.
