USAA Real Estate filed a Motion to Dismiss the Plaintiff’s national origin discrimination claim under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). The magistrate judge recommended that the motion be granted and the district court adopted this recommendation, resulting in dismissal of the national origin discrimination claim.
