COVID-19: Back to Work, Part 2 ? Additional Considerations for Employers

May 05, 2020

As the federal government seeks to open up America and local governments consider easing restrictions, employers face the next COVID-19 challenge – safely reopening the workplace and addressing the numerous employment-related challenges associated with returning to work. Haynes and Boone recently presented Part 1 of a webinar series on this topic and is now presenting a second complimentary webinar to address other issues and additional challenges employers will be facing as employees return.

Members of our Labor and Employment Practice Group will provide this next round of updates and insights on what employers need to know as they think about reopening the workplace and considerations for reopening in certain states.
