Partners Lynne Liberato, Ben Mesches and Mark Trachtenberg will speak at TexasBarCLE courses “History of Texas and Supreme Court Jurisprudence – and – Practice Before the Texas Supreme Court.”
As Course Co-Director, Lynne will deliver welcoming remarks for both courses. Ben will co-present a panel on “Justice Jack Pope’s Influence on the Jurisprudence.” Mark will speak on “Strategies in Preparing Respondent’s Brief on the Merits.”
