Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Charlie Beckham appeared on Bloomberg TV’s “Money Undercover” program, where he discussed oil and gas bankruptcy trends from 2015 to the present and offered some future predictions. He was interviewed by anchor Lisa Abramowicz.

Abramowicz: Are we almost through this bankruptcy cycle?
Beckham: “We are not. In 2015 when all of this started, those in the bankruptcy industry thought that this could take a couple of years.
And going into 2018, I thought we were in the late innings of the downturn in bankruptcies for the E&P industry. Now, turning the corner to 2019, I think we are in the early innings of the second game of a double header.”
