Ethical Principles for Corporate Counsel 2019

Join us for our complimentary Ethical Principles for Corporate Counsel 2019 program, and earn all of your annual Texas ethics hours in one event.

We’ll explore the difficulties companies face regarding employment law and social media. We'll then round out the morning with a panel discussion featuring a collection of senior in-house counsel discussing other hot ethical topics they are managing.

ACCREDITATION:

Texas: This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 3.0 credit hours, of which 3.0 credit hours will apply to Legal Ethics credit.

New York: This transitional course or program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for a maximum of 3.5 credit hours, of which 3.5 credit hours can be applied toward the Ethics/Professionalism requirement.

California: This activity is approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 3.0 credit hours, of which 3.0 credit hours may be claimed for Legal Ethics credit.
