Partner Rob Lauer presented on "Unique and Challenging Franchising Issues in International Markets” at the IFA Legal Symposium on May 4, 2020. The session covered studies for markets with unique and challenging disclosure, redisclosure or franchisor/franchise offering registration issues, including Malaysia, Korea, Australia, China, and Russia. An overview of the new disclosure, registration, and franchise relationship law set to take effect in Saudi Arabia in April of 2020 were also presented.
