Austin Monthly magazine has named Haynes Boone Partner Adam Sencenbaugh and Associate Andrew Van Osselaer to its 2023 Top Attorneys listing.
The directory is based on peer selection — licensed attorneys can nominate “their most esteemed peers for inclusion” — with further vetting and verification by a research firm, according to Austin Monthly.
Adam is the office managing partner of Haynes Boone’s Austin office. He has tried more than 20 cases to jury verdict, representing clients in employment and general civil litigation in arbitration, federal court, state court, the State Office of Administrative Hearings, and various state administrative agencies. He also advises clients navigating a wide range of employment law issues, including compliance with Title VII, § 1981, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA.
Andrew is an insurance coverage litigator who represents policyholders across all lines of commercial insurance, including environmental liability, professional liability, property, and D&O. He is also an environmental litigator, who defends clients in enforcement actions based on alleged water, air, and waste violations and litigates private causes of action, including under RCRA and CERCLA.
For more than 35 years, Haynes Boone’s Austin office has provided a broad spectrum of legal services — spanning litigation, intellectual property, environmental, media, and franchise law — to a wide range of clients in various industries, including some of Austin’s best-known companies.
