Haynes Boone Ranked Among Best in Texas in Banking & Finance by Chambers USA

Haynes and Boone, LLP has one of the best banking and finance practices in Texas, according to the Chambers USA 2022 rankings (Chambers and Partners).

Chambers lauded the Finance Practice Group, ranking it Band 2 (Texas) and saying it was “well-versed in handling matters such as complex project financings, syndicated loan transactions and equity lending.” The guide also highlighted the group’s representation of large banks and private equity firms in sophisticated financing matters.
