Haynes Boone represented Silicon Valley-based Gorilla Circuits, a leading provider of printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication and electronic assembly services, in its agreement to be acquired by Israel-based PCB Technologies Ltd. (TASE: PCBT) in a transaction with an enterprise value of $120 million.
Founded more than 20 years ago and headquartered in San Jose, California, Gorilla Circuits provides high-reliability PCB fabrication and electronic assembly services to more than 700 active customers. The company specializes in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing, rapid prototyping and quick-turn production for customers with complex technical requirements.
The Haynes Boone deal team was led by Mergers and Acquisitions Partner Roger Royse, with support from Counsel Wei Li and Associate Daniel Dubyak.
“Gorilla Circuits has built a strong business at the center of Silicon Valley's advanced manufacturing ecosystem,” said Royse. “This transaction brings together complementary capabilities and creates opportunities for continued growth in American technology, aerospace and defense markets. We were pleased to guide Gorilla through this important milestone.”
The acquisition will establish a U.S. manufacturing footprint for PCB Technologies, combining Gorilla Circuits' established Silicon Valley operations and customer relationships with PCB Technologies' advanced PCB substrates, microelectronics and integrated circuit packaging capabilities. The combined business expects to pursue new opportunities in the North American technology, semiconductor, aerospace and defense markets, including contracts requiring domestic manufacturing capabilities.
Under the terms of the agreement, PCB Technologies will acquire 100 percent of Gorilla Circuits' shares through a wholly owned subsidiary. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States , and is expected to close within eight months of the Oct. 8, 2026, announcement.
