Haynes Boone is delighted to welcome Counsel Meghan O’Reilly to the firm’s Fund Finance Group. She joins from Herrick, Feinstein LLP. She has spent the last two decades representing fund finance and other finance clients.
Her practice focuses on commercial finance work, with extensive experience representing lenders on capital call facilities as well as other asset-backed finance transactions, including real estate loans. She has a long history and deep relationships in the fund finance industry and has served as the key advisor in assisting banks with establishing new fund finance product lines. She is also a regular advisor to banks on alternative and creative fund finance structures and in addressing the challenges posed by variations in fund documentation.

The Haynes Boone Fund Finance Group has more than 75 attorneys and 500 years of combined fund finance experience.
