Haynes Boone advised TAO Digital Solutions Inc., a global provider of AI-driven technology and product engineering services, in connection with its approximately $218 million sale to Cyient Limited.
TAO specializes in leveraging AI, data and cloud technologies to deliver solutions across a range of industries, including automotive, technology, fintech, healthcare and media. The acquisition will combine TAO’s AI and data engineering capabilities with Cyient’s global engineering platform to help clients pivot to a data-ready state that supports AI-enabled scale through robust data foundations, delivering accelerated outcomes and sustained competitive advantage.
The Haynes Boone team representing TAO Digital Solutions was led by Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Partner Roger Royse, with assistance from Counsel Wei Li and Vanessa Plettes and Associate Andrew Lo.
