Vanessa Plettes is a foreign counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Palo Alto office.
Vanessa has extensive experience with a wide range of companies in both domestic and international transactions. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including capital markets matters, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Vanessa advises startups and emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation through venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing corporate counseling. She also advises venture capital firms and investors of all sizes in connection with their investments and related transactions.
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, she brings her international experience to help clients navigate global markets and achieve their business objectives.
