Hugh Tucker has joined Haynes and Boone, LLP as a Houston partner in the firm’s Energy Transactions Practice, bringing decades of experience handling complex transactions in the domestic and international energy sectors.
Tucker previously worked at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where he was a Lead Industry Coordinator for Energy and a member of the firm’s Merger & Acquisitions and Project Development and Finance Practices.

Tucker focuses on complex commercial transactions involving the oil and gas (upstream, midstream and downstream) and chemical industries, including acquisition, divestitures and joint ventures, as well as project development and financing.
