Lawyers from Haynes and Boone, LLP’s Real Estate Practice Group were among the counsel that assisted Quadrum Global as winners of the 2023 Restructuring Deal of the Year (up to $100 million) at the 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards held Nov. 15, for their contributions to the restructuring and purchase of the Williamsburg Hotel.
Real Estate Partner Adam Feimer accepted the award on behalf of the Haynes Boone team, which also included Real Estate Associate Ian Schwartz. The hotel acquisition and financing deal was also nominated in the categories of Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year (up to $100M) and M&A Deal of the Year ($75-100M). In total, 350 nominees representing more than 500 companies were finalists for the 2023 awards.
