Haynes and Boone’s London Partner Andreas Silcher advised TMS Cardiff Gas in a minimum seven-year time charter contract with Total Gas & Power Limited, London, Meyrin – Geneva Branch, an international oil and gas major, for one of its eleven newbuilding X Carrier Series vessels on order.
The 174,000 cubic meter vessel with efficient XDF propulsion and subcooling system is being constructed at Samsung Heavy Industries, TMS Cardiff said in a release.

TMS operates and manages 16 LNG Carriers. Andreas previously represented the company in a seven-year time charter contract with Total Gas & Power, for the construction of a 174,000 cubic meter LNG vessel at Hyundai Heavy Industries of Korea.
