Haynes and Boone Advises U.S. Family Office in Uruguayan Farming and Ranching Transaction

Haynes and Boone, LLP recently advised Dallas-based Vaughn Capital Partners, LLC, in an investment in an Uruguayan farming and ranching transaction located in West-Central, Uruguay. As part of the transaction, Vaughn Capital Partners’ Uruguayan entity has also entered into a Management Agreement with Montevideo-based BPB Land Management SRL. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Vaughn Capital Partners is a Dallas-based single-family office and private investment group, specializing in opportunistic real estate, operating businesses and oil & gas investments. Advising Vaughn Capital Partners for Haynes and Boone was Dallas-based Partner Larry Pascal and Mexico City-based Foreign Associate Pablo Sansot.

Vaughn Capital Partners was also represented by Beatriz Maria Spiess of Guyer and Regules in Montevideo. Both Haynes and Boone, and Guyer and Regules are members of the World Services Group. The Vaughn Capital Partners’ legal team also included Bernardo Barran, Sofia Barran, and Camila González of BBG Estudio of Montevideo.
