Milad Amani
Milad Amani is a trainee solicitor in the Energy and Shipping_ Practice Groups in Haynes Boone’s London office.
Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Milad worked as a compliance consultant. His work primarily involved advising crypto-asset firms on the impacts of MLRs 2017 & 2019 and its influence on FCA applications to gain permissions to operate.
Milad also has experience at Societe Generale’s (London) working on ISDA Master Agreements, before moving to the Hong Kong branch to work in Prime Services and Clearing.
