June 25, 2025

Haynes Boone is thrilled to have acted for Zephyr Energy PLC, an AIM-traded technology-led oil and gas company, on its £10.5 million fundraising through a placing of new ordinary shares to new and existing investors.

The deal team was led by Partners Nick Davis and Robert Bines-Black, who were assisted by Associate David McClellan and Trainee Solicitor Milad Amani.

Zephyr Energy is a technology-led oil and gas company focused on responsible resource development from carbon-neutral operations in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States. Zephyr Energy possesses a balanced portfolio of both operated and non-operated assets located in two established oil producing basins within the Rocky Mountain region.

“It was a pleasure to support Zephyr Energy as the team have done for many years on this important fundraising, which highlights confidence in the company’s strategy,” said Davis. “We continue to see strong momentum in the energy sector and we look forward to continuing to work alongside the Zephyr team as they pursue their growth ambitions across the Rocky Mountain region.”
