Spencer Bateman
Spencer Bateman is an associate in the Private Equity Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital markets and securities, and other commercial transactions.
During law school, Spencer served as an Article Editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. Passionate about economic development and opportunity, Spencer served as Co-President of the Harvard Law and International Development Society, Projects Director for the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, and as a Research Assistant for the Harvard Center for International Development Growth Lab. Spencer also worked as a student attorney with the Harvard International Human Rights Clinic.
