Kaeden Bauman is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group in the Denver office of Haynes Boone.
Kaeden focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and other complex business transactions across industries. He advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and investors on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate governance. He also represents middle market and emerging growth companies from formation through exit, with experience in financing, restructuring, and general corporate matters.
