Nick Beals is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. He represents developers, joint ventures, investment funds, private equity sponsors, and individuals in commercial real estate transactions across the United States. His experience includes acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development matters, and related title, survey, and zoning diligence involving multifamily, industrial, and other commercial assets.
