Haynes Boone advised IVI RMA North America, a KKR-backed fertility care provider, in its partnership with Illume Fertility, one of Connecticut’s leading fertility practices. The transaction expands IVI RMA North America’s presence in the Northeast and adds Illume Fertility’s network of five locations across Connecticut and New York to IVI RMA’s growing network of fertility care providers.
Illume Fertility provides comprehensive reproductive medicine services, including in vitro fertilization, fertility preservation, donor and third-party reproduction and advanced reproductive technologies. The practice provides care to patients throughout Connecticut and the surrounding region.
The Haynes Boone deal team was led by Mergers and Acquisitions Partner Brent Beckert, with support from M&A Associates Thomas Matteson and Janet Wyse. Healthcare and Life Sciences Co-Chair Jennifer Kreick led the Haynes Boone team’s regulatory structuring and diligence efforts.
