In a pair of transactions that underscore the rapid evolution of the fertility care and assisted reproduction landscape, IVI RMA North America has broadened its footprint in the United States through strategic partnerships with clinics in Iowa and New York City.

In the first of two transactions, completed Nov. 13, IVI RMA partnered with Mid-Iowa Fertility to increase patient access to top-tier fertility services across Iowa and the surrounding regions. Mid-Iowa Fertility is the only full-service fertility center in central Iowa.

In the second deal, closed Nov. 21, IVI RMA established a foothold in the New York City market through a new partnership with Island Reproductive Services, the only IVF clinic located on Staten Island. Island Reproductive Services will benefit from IVI RMA’s renowned research, lab expertise and operational scale.
