Biography
Brett Moore is a counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and capital markets and securities.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Brett was the Deputy General Counsel at Beneficient, a public company and provider of liquidity, data analytics, and custody services to holders of alternative assets. In such role, Brett advised the company in a number of areas, including corporate governance, capital market transactions, and regulatory compliance. He played a key role in the company’s de-SPAC transaction and public listing, as well as various securities offerings, M&A transactions and commercial agreements.
