Biography

Thomas Matteson is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups in the Dallas office of Haynes Boone.

Thomas’s practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and a variety of other public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, growth equity investments, restructurings and related corporate governance matters.
