Daniel Copland

Daniel Copland is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s New York office. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and commercial leasing.

Daniel represents purchasers, sellers, developers, private REITs, and investors across a broad range of commercial and residential transactions. His practice includes drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and managing closings for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

Daniel has also advised on mortgage and mezzanine financing and real estate components of larger M&A transactions.
