Biography

Jamie Davidian is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. Focusing her practice on capital markets transactions, Jamie advises issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and follow-on equity offerings, as well as private placements of securities. She also regularly counsels issuers on general corporate, corporate governance and securities law matters. Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Jamie was an associate in the New York office of an international firm, focusing on M&A, capital markets and general corporate matters.

Jamie earned her law degree from Tulane Law School, where she served on the Moot Court Executive Board and Student Bar Association Executive Board. Acting as both assistant coach and competitor, she led the Tulane Law Mock Trial team to win the John L. Costello National Criminal Law Trial Advocacy Competition in 2020.
