Biography

Bryan Diebels is a partner in the M&A and Private Equity Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes Boone. His practice focuses on advising private equity funds, public and private strategics, financial institutions, and business owner/founders in connection with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and carve-outs, joint ventures, controlling and minority investments, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Bryan's experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, food and beverage, telecommunications, aerospace and defense, and professional services.

  • FleetPride, Inc. in multiple acquisitions of the assets of truck parts and equipment retailers and service providers located in San Jose, California, Texarkana, Arkansas, Seminole, Texas, and other locations.
  • Four Corners Brewing Company LLC, a Dallas-based brewery producing premium beer, in its sale to Constellation Brands.
  • Ericsson Inc. in multiple acquisitions, including (i) Placecast, a leading enterprise-grade platform for data management and display advertising based out of California and (ii) CENX, a US-based service assurance technology company.
  • Williamson-Dickie Holding Company, a private company specializing in the manufacture of work apparel, on its $820 million sale to VF Corporation.
