Iman Gadit

Iman Gadit is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the London office of Haynes Boone.

Her practice focuses on capital markets and securities matters, including initial public offerings, accelerated bookbuilds, block trades, and follow-on offerings. She also advises on public and private M&A transactions and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Iman worked in-house at an investment bank, where she supported on the execution of complex, cross-border capital markets and M&A transactions across the EMEA region.
