
Sergio Guerrero
Sergio Guerrero is an associate in the International Practice Group in the Mexico City office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.
His practice focuses on Energy Regulatory matters, administrative law, international arbitration, corporate and commercial practice.
Sergio has been involved in advising clients in the Mexican oil and gas industry including midstream and downstream sectors and, in the power, and renewables industry including participation in the Electricity Wholesale Market (MEM).
Additionally, he has experience in drafting commercial contracts, advising in the incorporation of companies, implementation of corporate governance, and foreign investment issues.
Sergio has also been involved in conducting internal investigations and due diligence research on regulatory compliance issues.
