Sergio Guerrero

Sergio Guerrero is an associate in the International Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Mexico City office.

His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters and commercial matters, including cross border investments, international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and international legal issues.

Additionally, Sergio has experience advising clients on regulatory energy matters, including oil and gas (midstream and downstream), power and renewable energy projects, government procurement, due diligence procedures and international arbitration.
