Biography
Chris Hamilton is an associate in the Real Estate Finance Practice Group at Haynes Boone's Dallas office, where he advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements, handling loan originations for securitization, and preparing modifications for loans within REMIC structures. Chris also assists clients with distressed real estate matters, including workouts and litigation strategies, ensuring practical solutions that protect business objectives.
He regularly works with lenders, investors, and developers on transactions involving capital markets and real estate finance. Drawing on experience across both transactional and litigation contexts, Chris provides comprehensive counsel that addresses the full lifecycle of real estate projects.
