Michael Holmes

Michael Holmes is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group at Haynes Boone’s Houston office. Michael’s practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, energy and infrastructure, and general corporate matters. He advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and management teams on a range of transactions, including mergers, equity and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and related corporate matters.

Michael brings a practical, business-minded approach to corporate transactions and client service, informed by his background in accounting, finance, and tax. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
