Daniel Imahiyerobo
Daniel Imahiyerobo is an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.
His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate matters. He advises private clients navigating the mergers and acquisitions process, and public company clients regarding Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings and regulatory compliance obligations. He also counsels lenders in connection with private investments in public equity (PIPEs), and other alternative lending transactions.
