Daniel Imahiyerobo

Daniel Imahiyerobo is a mid-level associate in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group of Haynes Boone’s New York office.

He focuses on advising non-bank lenders in debt and equity financings, and helping private equity clients navigate the mergers and acquisitions process. His practice also encompasses a broad range of corporate matters and transaction structures, which includes experience providing counsel to clients in connection with PIPE transactions, and experience representing the sellers and issuers seeking to raise capital through selling equity or direct lending.
