A Haynes and Boone, LLP deal team represented Rockit Pest in separate acquisitions of Florida pest control service companies.
The most recent transaction, announced Feb. 8, involves the purchase of Adam’s Pest Control, a leading pest control services company that has served Palm Beach, Martin, Saint Lucie, and Indian River counties for more than 30 years.
In an earlier transaction, announced in January 2023, Rockit Pest acquired Petri Pest Control Services Inc., a leading provider of pest control solutions for over 60 years in Broward and Palm Beach counties Florida.
Rockit Pest was founded by Halle Capital in 2021 and has rapidly expanded throughout the Southeast.
The Rockit transactions were led by Haynes Boone Partners Greg Kramer, co-chair of the New York Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group, and Houston-based Partner Simin Sun, a member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group. In addition to the lead partners, the deal team consisted of corporate Associates Daniel Imahiyerobo and Brent Duddles assisted on the transactions by Partners Jason Habinsky, Mary Mendoza, Sam Lichtman, Don Shiman, Counsel Nolen Farr and finance Associate Eitan Stavsky.
