
Angel Rendon
Angel Rendon is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.
His practice focuses on the representation of borrowers and lenders across a diverse spectrum of financial transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, subscription and syndicated lending, commodities finance and debtor-in-possession facilities. Angel’s clients include large financial institutions, leading and middle-market private equity firms, and public companies.
Prior to law school, Angel spent nearly a decade working with New York City government oversight agencies and he maintains a growing pro bono practice focused on parole reform and advocacy.
