Daniel Rosenfeld

Dan Rosenfeld represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitration. His practice encompasses business litigation, including contract and fiduciary duty claims, business torts, product liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, intellectual property, securities fraud, consumer protection, and class actions.

He has established experience handling multidistrict toxic tort and mass tort litigation, antitrust and unfair competition cases, and labor and employment disputes. Dan regularly advises clients on issues involving non-competition and nondisclosure agreements, corporate governance, and bankruptcy-related litigation. His work often involves coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters and managing complex internal investigations, arbitrations, and mediations.

Dan has litigated numerous labor and employment issues in both state and federal courts and at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. He has been involved in arbitrations, mediations, and internal investigations. His intellectual property experience includes successful trials in patent, copyright, trademark litigation, and misappropriation of trade secret cases.

Dan’s clients include major technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, financial services, private equity, and venture capital companies, among other business enterprises. His work frequently involves resolving disputes critical to business operations, such as intellectual property enforcement, product liability defense, and complex commercial transactions.

Dan has served as lead trial counsel in courts across the United States and has litigated appeals before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Third, and Seventh Circuits.
