Haynes Boone Elevates Global Platform With 3 Strategic Office Moves

March 10, 2026
Haynes Boone redrew the map in recent months with the opening and relocation of three offices in London, Boston and New York, reinforcing the firm’s long‑term strategy to expand and modernize its global platform, meet evolving client needs and invest in markets where critical business decisions are made.

These real estate maneuvers reflect a deliberate, growth-minded approach – extending Haynes Boone’s global reach, while strengthening its ability to deliver seamless, cross-border legal services across key industries and practice groups.

London
The firm’s first of its recent moves took shape in the heart of the City of London, one of the world’s most influential legal and financial centers. After growing from 13 lawyers to 60 over the last decade, the London office move cemented Haynes Boone’s long-term commitment to the UK market and strengthened its existing capabilities, including shipping, energy and international trade, and its added abilities in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, fund finance, international arbitration, real estate, insolvency and finance.

With a 33 percent increase in office footprint and a fresh, contemporary design, the new space is equipped with amenities tailored for our lawyers and clients and helps support collaboration between our London and U.S. offices while giving us a strong platform for continued growth.

Boston
Haynes Boone opened its 20th office at One Financial Center in Boston, a market recognized for innovation and financial leadership. The expansion extended the firm’s presence into the greater New England region, providing clients with specialized services in investment management regulatory matters, complex business litigation and asset securitization.

The launch of the Boston office also marked the arrival of Office Managing Partner Richard Kerr, as well as Partners Dan Rosenfeld and Donela Qirzjazi. The full build-out of the office is expected to be completed in April, reflecting the firm’s long-term commitment to the Boston market.

New York
Most recently, the firm celebrated its newly remodeled and expanded New York office at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Driven by 35 percent headcount growth across finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, litigation, restructuring and white-collar defense, the expanded footprint underscores the firm’s increasing market penetration and long-term investment in one of the world’s most dynamic legal markets.

Collaboration and future talent were top of mind for Office Managing Partner Craig Unterberg as he guided the expansion of the New York office, which included a 65 percent increase in offices. Each space is designed like a kitchen island, giving both the primary occupant and visiting colleagues plenty of room to work, connect and shift easily between in‑person and virtual collaboration.

“Beyond expansion, these openings reflect who we are as a firm,” said Haynes Boone Firm Managing Partner Taylor Wilson. “As our clients grow their businesses in global markets, we are intentionally built to support them wherever they do business.”

As Haynes Boone looks ahead, the firm remains focused on building for the future – strategically, globally and with clients at the center of every move.
