Courtney D.E. Smith is a member of the Finance Practice Group in the firm's New York office. Courtney represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial and corporate finance transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow facilities, acquisition and leveraged finance facilities, working capital facilities, syndicated credit facilities, debtor-in-possession facilities, and subordinated debt facilities. Courtney serves on the firm’s Board Advisory Committee and served on the Board of Directors for The Network for Peace through Dialogue from 2007 to 2016.
