06/24/2019

A multi-office team of Haynes and Boone, LLP lawyers successfully represented AMN Healthcare Services, Inc., and its subsidiaries as issuer’s counsel in the financing for the company’s previously announced acquisition of Advanced Medical Personnel Services, Inc., (Advanced) for a base purchase price of $200 million, with up to an additional $20 million to be paid if Advanced achieves certain financial results as of Dec. 31, 2019.
