Represented Chevron in the consortium with Pemex and Inpex to win block three of round 1.4 launched by the National Hydrocarbon Commission of Mexico. This was the first block where Pemex participated in a bid process and the first joint operating agreement (JOA) signed by Pemex with an international oil company. This was the first time Pemex signed a JOA pursuant of the new Mexican Energy Reform of 2013.
