Secured order denying in full Ohio company's motion for preliminary injunctive relief, which sought to prevent an executive from working for TaskUs based on a non-competition agreement and alleged theft of trade secrets. This followed an earlier success obtaining an order dismissing the TaskUs defendants for lack of personal jurisdiction based on a finding that while the TaskUs defendants operate globally, they did not have sufficient contacts with the Ohio forum state regarding the dispute to satisfy due process.
