Haynes Boone presented an IPR workshop at one of our three offices - Austin, Orange County or Palo Alto. This two-part workshop began with a strategy overview of inter partes review proceedings, including the interplay between patent litigation and IPR proceedings and how to know when it makes sense to file an IPR. The second session addressed the nuts and bolts, including how to evaluate the strength of common IPR arguments.
