Haynes Boone presented an IPR workshop at one of our three offices - Austin, Orange County or Palo Alto. This two-part workshop covered a strategy overview of inter partes review proceedings, including the interplay between patent litigation and IPR proceedings and how to know when it makes sense to file an IPR. The second session of this workshop will also address IPR Nuts and Bolts, and will include how to evaluate the strength of common IPR arguments. We hope you are able to join us for one or both sessions.
