Beckham was inducted as a new member of the III, notably elected as the only American in this year’s class of eight attorneys. Wyrick was one of 15 selected for the III’s NextGen Class XIV.
III is a global organization of leading professionals, scholars, and judges invited into membership based on their expertise in international insolvency law and practice, dedicated to the development and improvement of legal systems and processes that govern domestic and international insolvencies and business restructurings to promote economic wellbeing, investment and the efficient administration of justice.
Due to its exceptional membership, international leadership and resources, III plays a valuable role in the international insolvency field. It has achieved a worldwide reputation and is developing into a catalyst for improvement and change in the international insolvency area.
