Haynes Boone advised Delta Gold Technologies PLC on its initial public offering on the Access segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market. On admission, Delta Gold had just over 59 million ordinary shares in issue, amounting to a market capitalization of $7.8 million.
The new capital will support Delta Gold’s research and development of associated intellectual property for the application of nano-scale gold and other materials in quantum computing.
Haynes Boone’s team advising Delta Gold was led by Partner Nick Heap with support from Associate Ravina Mahajan and Trainee Solicitor Johanna Reimann.
“Delta Gold’s IPO reflects both its progress to-date and also its potential to create significant advances in the quantum computing field,” Heap said. “We were pleased to have guided the company through the process and to have supported the team in their successful pathway to the public markets. We wish them all the best in their endeavours to develop their IP and commercialise their technology.”
This IPO follows the firm’s representation of Fermi America in its dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq, and the firm’s representation of American Integrity Insurance Group in its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.
