Haynes Boone Texas Environmental Practice Ranked Among Best by Chambers USA

Haynes and Boone, LLP’s Environmental Practice has been named among the best in Texas, according to the Chambers USA 2022 rankings (Chambers and Partners).

The firm’s Environmental Practice Group received a Band 2 ranking in the 2022 directory. Chambers lauded the “highly regarded” team for advising clients on regulatory concerns and major transactions. Notably, the publication pointed to Haynes Boone’s experience with site cleanup issues in relation to the federal and Texas Superfund laws. The guide lauded the group’s work with clients in industries including energy, financial services, manufacturing, retail and chemicals.

Several attorneys in the Environmental Practice were also honored by Chambers:

Partner Ann Al-Bahish, was praised as being “skilled in complex environmental litigation and proceedings.” Chambers noted her experience before state and federal courts, and highlighted her regular representation of clients in the transportation, energy and manufacturing industries.
